Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
