This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
